Handcrafting in small batches produces a highly fragrant candle. Each candle is made with 100% soy wax, cotton wicks and quality fragrance. Each step of our process involves the touch of human hands. From blending, pouring, packaging, and shipping to your front door, our product is designed with passion and an unwavering commitment to quality.
SHIPPING INFO
Matchmade Candle orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from our production studio in Tennessee. We ship ground Monday –Friday, and our cutoff each day for shipping is 12 pm CST. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and major holidays. During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, order processing and shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thoroughly inspect your package(s) upon arrival for any damages. In the event damage occurs during shipping, please report any issues along with supporting photos (required) within three (3) days of delivery to info@matchmadecandle.com. We will only offer a replacement of the item originally ordered, no refunds, substitutions or exchanges. Matchmade Candle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages that occur once package(s) are received. Matchmade Candle is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, and all costs associated with amending an incorrect address are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
